Welcome to High School Sports (A Year Early)

Chandler makes 2 baseball teams in 1 week. We have a potential All Star on our hands. We are so proud of Chandler, he has been working so hard lately to stay on top of his game. He played in the fall ball league as soon as we got to Charleston SC. After the season was up he attended 2 hitting clinics and competed in a hitting league at Pro Level Sports. The big pay off was the news we recieved this past week which was: 1) He has been selected to play on the Pro Level Sports travel team and 2) A call from his future High School (Ashley Ridge) to play on their JV team. The High School coach was anxious to take a look Chan but told us not to get high hopes because the number of kids trying out were around 40. He made it through 2 cuts and is now a part of their active roster. The school is new for this year and we are looking for Chan's team to bring home the first JV trophey for the school. Way to go Chan "da man" !!

Chan's new assault weapon

Check this thing out, I added a couple of pics and a video so you can see the quickness of this gun. Chan can put more paint down range faster than any gun I have ever seen. It is capable to shoot about 25 balls per second (BPS). It runs off of nitrogen and has multiple shoot modes. Chan is shooting in semi-auto mode here and empties his 3/4 full hopper of about 150 balls in 12 seconds. That is around 12 BPS in this mode and he is still new with the gun. It has a Halo electronic hopper on it that is capable of feeding 20+ balls per second. The total cost is that of a real hunting rifle, but this is what he wanted and he paid for the most of it. Enjoy!!!

My new Monster Truck

Here is the long awaited pic's of my new SUV. Yes it is a Ford and I am proud to be an owner of one. This thing is huge you can't tell in the first pic but the pic with me across the seats is me getting ready to get in it to go crush some cars. You can see how tall it is by how I can barely touch the steering wheel. I almost need a step ladder. (Lets go 4 X 2 ing) Haha

Finally a Regular Season Game

The weather finally cooperated and we got to see the Bruins play tonight. Chan played left field the entire game and went 2 for 3 at the plate. The action was very quiet in the outfield as winds gusted towards home plate around 25mph keeping the balls shallow. Another reason was we pitched our best pitcher and the other team couldn't hit off him. Chan struck out his first at bat going after balls over his head, his second at bat he was patient and earned a walk, and the third at bat he drove one up the middle for an RBI. (a real confident booster). I skipped school tonight to attend the game. After 6 rainouts already I didn't want to take the chance of missing this one, because weather is in the forcast for the rest of the week. Sorry no pics, I only took two at the game and they weren't the best.

Shhh, Don't tell anyone, We snuck out today TO RIDE

We couldn't let the awesome weather go by, so we put Chan's bike back together last night and went riding today. He really likes his new ride. He says he especially likes how it handles in the corners. Enjoy the pics and video.

Hansome, Athletic and SMART!

This Thursday Chandler was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society. We are so proud! I can't say that I have that on my Resume. Him along with 122 other students were called up on stage and handed a certificate and a membership card. What an exciting time. He is on his way to some secret society that he won't be able to tell me anyhting about. Hahaha. I may have a future president living in my house. Great Job Chan!
